PROTECT YOUR VEHICLE IN ‘LAYERS’

According to the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) a vehicle is stolen every 33 seconds in the United States, in addition, there was an increase of 4% of stolen vehicles in 2017.

Now, to be honest, I never thought to much about stolen cars, until the day that my car was broken into.

My car was not stolen, (Thank Goodness!) and nothing was taken, because there was nothing of value inside of the car to steal, other than the car itself.

You might think that a 2000 Ford Mustang does not have too much Market Value, (shame on you), well, you might be right, but, regardless of what the Blue Book of Value says my Mustang is worth, to me, my 2000 Mustang is priceless, as I am sure your ride is priceless to you too.

Look, no one ever wants their car or truck to ever get broken into, much less get stolen, so, as car and truck owners, we must take steps to not become an easy target for car thieves.

Just so you know, short of locking your car in a steel vault and burying the vault underneath the ground, there is no such thing as a 100% FULL-PROOF ANTI-THEFT DEVICE.

The truth is, if a thief wants your car or truck bad enough, the thief is gonna steal it.

This does not mean that you should just shrug your shoulders and just let your car or truck get stolen.

Information is power, and when you take action, you can secure your vehicle well enough to discourage a car thief, because thieves by nature are cowards, and as cowards, thieves always want to take the easy road to stealing your car or truck.

The harder you make it for a car thief to steal your vehicle, the more time a car thief will have to commit to stealing your vehicle, and since car thieves are cowards, most likely, the car thief will just move on to an easier target.

So, your prime objective, as a car and/or truck owner, is to make it as hard as possible for the car thief to steal your vehicle, and the way you do this, is by PROTECTING YOUR VEHICLE IN LAYERS:
